fancydress365 is proud to offer customers a 365 day return period on all unwanted items. Should you wish to return your item it must be:
- In original unopened manufacturers packaging
- Be returned within 365 days of the date of purchase.
- Be in brand new condition so this can be sold as new again
- Be returned with our returns form which can be downloaded Here
If an item is returned and does not fit the criteria above then we will be unable to issue you with a refund. We always recommend sending items back to us via a tracked service.
Unfortunately we are unable to cover the cost of the returns postage.
If you have any issue with your item, or need to return it please be sure to contact us. If your item is damaged, faulty or you feel it is 'not as described' we will require photographic evidence of this to be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org - Please be sure to include your full name, address and order number in your email.
Once email is received we will be in contact with you to get the issue resolved for you.
If it fails quality checks when it comes back we will not be able to refund you. We recommend using a tracked service to return your item so you have proof of the return. Your refund will be minus any original postage costs you have previously paid.

Exceptions to the returns are: Wigs, Hosiery Items and Pet Costumes
Please note that if an item is being returned to us due to no fault by fancydress365 or its suppliers, then the item must come back with all tags and in original packaging. Should an item be retrned and packaging is missing, or it is clear item has been used and worn for a period of time we would say the alue of the product has been reduced. In this instance we would not be able to offer a full refund and a partial refund would be considered
